Also been digging on the local FB and someone sent me this. And yet the member of staff who is emailing me says there is nothing they can do.

Send Sainsburys BOTH those attachments and demand that the person who responded and lied about who owns this car park immediately apologises and escalates this complaint to someone with a better Customer Service ethic at the CEO's Executive Office.

Please keep us updated on the responses. Certainly shove your proof of who "owns" the car park into Katie's face. Demand that she escalates this issue to her manager and that you will be expecting a full apology for the blatant lies or else, woeful ignorance, from her.

I do not appreciate being lied to. This needs to be escalated to a supervisor or someone with better customer service ethics. This is clearly Sainsbury’s carpark, EuroCarparks are your agents, and historically, you can and have helped genuine customers have these parking tickets cancelled. 

I will once again send proof that I am a genuine customer. And details for this to be cancelled.
