Sainsbury’s Horsham Euro Car Parks

Step one not working out as expected.
I spaced scanning my voucher at the end of a shop. Got home and found the voucher so emailed Euro car parks a picture of receipt and voucher. No response other than acknowledgment. 5 days later, NTK.
I emailed the CEO of Sainsbury’s explaining the genuine mistake (shopping with 4 kids/rain/ complete PiTA checking out and getting the voucher in the first place since they’ve changed nearly everything to self service and there’s not enough staff…)
I feel completely fobbed off. (Response below). Ideas on next step, do I send links to all the cases on here that they have gotten excused?

Does Sainsbury's own the land where the car park is? If they do, respond to the lackey that you are confused as to why the monkey is telling the organ grinder what to do.1

Shop elsewhere. Tell Sainsbugs CEO why and include receipts from other supermarkets.
Complain to your MP.
Please confirm the exact full name of the PPC as there are several with similar names.
Appeal using the template in blue text from the NEWBIES. Depending on which PPC is involved, appeal to PoPLA if applicable. Get photos of the site and signage in anticipation.I married my cousin. Go wioth the flow, and chase Euro car parks up, tell them again that you have emailed them ( Euro car parks ) a picture of receipt and voucher and as such they must now cancel any outstanding pakring charge.Odds on they wont - but you have done as requested by the supermarket, follow it up with Something like this to the supermarket:Thank you for your reply, whilst i understand that you allow a third party to operate in your car park, you are still responsible and liable for the actions of this third party.I have done as requested and contacted your agents, Euro Car parks .I am shocked and horrified that you believe this to be an acceptable way to treat customers, not only with your response, but by allowing an unregulated parking company such as Euro car parks to act as your agents on your behalf in your car park, neither the British Parking association limited, or the International parking community are regulatory authorities or bodies.I am now instructing you to cancel this parking charge with immediate effect.I do not appreciate having my time wasted in such a way , and while i appreciate that this is not the response you were expecting from myself, i am willing as a gesture of goodwill to not take any action against you to reclaim my costs and expenses for time wasted up to now as a direct result of you allowing an un regulated parking company to operate on your land .I look forward to hearing from you that this parking charge has been cancelled and you will be taking action against Euro car parks over this issue and only ensuring that fully regulated parking companies (not belonging to the BPA or IPC as they are not regulators) operate on your car parks going forwardJust an idea, but you ned to be firm and remind them that the parking companies are unregulated, and they are liable for their actions. From the Plain Language Commission:

Go with the above2

Thanks all, I’ve emailed both again.1

Response from Sainsbury’s: The car park is owned by Euro Car Parks therefore any parking charge notices that are issued and the customer wishes to appeal the notice you are required to do so by contacting the third-party company directly.0

Wager them that ECP don't own the car park and highlight their ignorance at the same time which reflects on their CEO.1

Yeah in a recent newspaper article about the change to the system, “A spokesperson for Sainsbury’s said: “We recently reviewed our Sainsbury’s Horsham car parking system to make sure our customers can always get a space when shopping with us.”
Why would they review the system if it had nothing to do with them? It’s maddening.

So have you emailed back the monkey employee of Sainsbury's with the above link to highlight their incompetence:
Choose one, either (a) or (b):
a) Ignorance
b) Deliberate fabrication
If you have driven there, why not drive somewhere else and spend your hard-earned money with a different retailer? Other supermarkets are available.1 -
Not yet, I’ve left a message with the reporter to find out her source and if she knows who owns the carpark. And if she would like to run a follow up story.
And I definitely won’t be using Sainsbury’s again. We’ve got Tesco & Waitrose and Lidl which are all much easier for parking.1
