Appears they do, lengthy process to go through, I gave up after a while to see what it asked. Also manual entry boxes to type in weight etc.

CRA quite reasonably says you can't return perishable goods for a change of mind return but this is clearly a case of goods no longer conforming to sample. You and Bobby should have got all your money back.

When I unsubscribed I received a message on the screen:
