Looks like you have just copied and paste without due regard to your specific case  -  i.e. paras under 24 talk about faulty keyboard and wrong VRM.
The exhibit numbers in main WS, list and exhibits do not match.
Chan case has a different claimant to yours  -  there may be more but just skim read.
Ok thanks for having a look.

Trouble is I am not sure exactly what I am supposed to copy and paste in regard to my specific case or find myself in relation to my specific case. Apart from the residential based case studies and the information I have put in about what happend. I hold my hands up and can see now after reading more thoroughly most of what is on pages 3-9 has nothing to do with my case and won't suffice. What parts from the examples should I be adapting to fit my WS?

The baz417 example also seems to contain the same paragraph 24 in relation to faulty keypad etc. Yet in their situation they were using a permit like myself so not sure of the relavance of that paragraph to their case yet the claiment appeared to discontinue anyhow.

They must have copied it by mistake. Remove all specific facts that don't relate to your case.

"The baz417 example also seems to contain the same paragraph 24 in relation to faulty keypad etc."

The actual thread of baz417 is about PDT but, yet again, the WS for this poster seems to have been altered as the beginning of the WS is about residential property  -  this is not the only exemplar the forum has used that has been altered seemingly after approval!!

    "Uncanny".

Your WS needs to be specific to your case and the WS is supposed to back up and support, with evidence, what you put in your defence.

I am now adding more bits that are relevant to my case.

Since it is UKPC am I correct having the paragraphs about BPA & IPC Codes and POFA and CRA breaches, Think they are all relevant as were also mentioned in my defense. As @1505grandad pointed out I will lose the part about the kepad etc

Also just to clarify can the referenced case transcripts (ive now found a few after searching the forum) be sent as PDF attachments along with the WS if so how would I reference them as exhibits?

The WS examples on this forum have the transcripts copied into them.

Why are you considering anything about the IPC?
UK Parking Control Ltd are members of the BPA's Approved Operator Scheme.
  • Yes. Sorry. Forget the IPC part.
