Residential PCN now a CCJ claim UKPC/DCB

Hi guys WS was sent to local court/ Dcblegal about 2 weeks ago. I recived an email today about mediation referral saying I would be contacted in next 4 weeks on telephone. Guess I just ignore?

I also sent WS as encrypted PDF so it can not be edited but it can be opened and viewed so assume that is ok.

Did you receive their WS?

If not, phone your local court and ask:

- is the case discontinued by DCB Legal?

- if not, did the court receive both WS and was yours openable? Do they need a non-encrypted version?

- has DCB Legal paid the hearing fee?

Thanks @Coupon-mad. No I have not recived their WS. 

It seems the local court number just transfers me to a national call centre. Was on the phone for half hour waiting only to be spontaneously cut off. so trying again.

If no luck will try again tomorow and update if I can find anything out in relation to your suggested questions.

Prehaps since hearing date is 10 months away no one is in a rush..

Hi, managed to get through to them:

Not as of yet dicountined.

Court has received my WS but they have advised me to send a non encrypted version to the local court email address which I will do. suppose not so important to send non encrypted one to dcblegal? I did only it out of paranoia of them being able to edit it tbh.

They have not received claiments WS.

They have not paid hearing fee but apparently have until october this year to do so.
