YES ...... that is why we are here ... no surprise that they hate usjusticeseeker180 said:patient_dream said:
We don't laugh in their face, we laugh at the stupidity because you are involvedjusticeseeker180 said:patient_dream said:A good link from B789
Before DCBL discontinue they send a begging letter offering to do a deal.
YOU IGNORE THAT ..... shortly after they send a letter to discontinue saying they have been instructed by their client
In reality DCBL have told UKPC that it's another crap case and DCBL do not want a spanking in court
But in their words, our client, that's UKPC have instructed them ?
So onwards to the B789 link .....
(1) A claimant who discontinues a claim needs the permission of the court to make another claim against the same defendant
UKPC are the claimant and DCBL has put the onus back to UKPC
If UKPC were stupid enough to have another go, they would have to explain why they discontinued the case .....
Think of it like Laurel and Hardy ... "that's another fine mess you have got me into"
In that case is it unwise to laugh in their face and make them aware of the fact they are begging along with explaining how they are moronic and deserve to die a painful death.. something along those lines. About being in a room with them and a club hammer with no risk of retribution. Squeezing my thumbs into their eyeballs until they pop. That sort of thing.
in a scam
Yeah a hard fact I am now waking up to. Unfortunately if you dont know the legal side like myself and many others before me you will be susceptible this and coughing up money at any stage5 -
Hi guys. Currently at the stage where I have submitted the directions questionaire to court/ DCB Legal and DCB Legal have made a slightly reduced offer via email which has been ignored. It has been a while since I have heard anything (I know its likely they will discontinue at some point) so was just wondering how I will know when to do WS stage etc? Thanks

You will get a Notice of Allocation from the hearing court but there is nothing stopping you preparing a witness statement and gathering evidence now, before the incident fades even more from your memory.justiceseeker180 said:...was just wondering how I will know when to do WS stage etc? Thanks4 -
Have recently had yet another offer from DCB legal via email.. I also received a letter in July stating that the case has been transferred to my local court and details of the judges directions (as already mentioned by KeithP) will be sent to me in a notice off allocation. This is still yet to be recived. Guessing im going to court or they are leaving it to the very last minute to pull out..

Wow, November 2024? Not a typo by the court?
Send a robust WS now as seen in the threads by @_blueberry_ and @vincentvega27 and you should see DCBLegal give up.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yeah unless I am missing something it says November 2024. Could be the backlog in my local court possibly?

@Coupon-mad is it still relevant to include proof of parking permits and pictures of parking signs etc when I have been quite explicit in my defence about non of that being relevant because of the lease.
