Update - I received an email from them on 28th April with their Directions Questionnaire but they didn't file it with the court. I've been checking pretty much weekly and had started to think they'd given up - no such luck, they filed it on 27th June. Should it not show up under "latest document" under "response history"? The last thing showing there is the "acknowledgement of service". Also the DQ they emailed me is different to the one I've downloaded as is Bargepoles on his procedure list - gov. form updated in June 2022? Thankyou for reading and any response

they filed it on 27th June.Yours will come through from the CCBC in due course. They are way behind with their admin, so it could be a good few weeks yet. Keep checking your MCOL history. Step 7 in the Template Defence Announcement covers this very part of the process. Also the DQ they emailed me is different to the one I've downloaded as is Bargepoles on his procedure list - gov. form updated in June 2022?Changes to the DQ (and how to respond to it once you receive your copy) are highlighted in the following thread:

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I don't know how to insert a text box over the D1 box as suggested by someone (sorry I can't remember who!) so I've tried to shorten Coupon-Mad's suggestion. Would this be ok?
I would prefer a face to face hearing if the court allows. I feel strongly after all these years of intimidating demands from this aggressive parking firm and their agents, that I need a voice at an attended hearing. I wish to question the Claimant about their evidence in person and to expose omissions and any misleading or incorrect evidence or assertions. The claim itself constitutes an abuse of process in that an unrecoverable sum dressed up as 'debt collection costs' has been added, yet this is an industry where costs must already be encompassed within the parking charge. The Claimant knows or ought to know that this would be double recovery and that the Government has declared it 'extortion'.

No, its still too long. I typed it in another program, reduced the font then copied and pasted it into the N180 but it just goes back to the original size - any help please?0

As a litigant in person I require a face to face hearing because ...I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
Update - after months of nothing but letters suggesting settlement to avoid court, I've now received a court date for mid-December. I'm just waiting to see if they pay the fee at the end of November before I do anything else0

But you won't know because you don't get told. Hopefully they will discontinue this month but the way to encourage that is actually to send a good WS bundle, including the new silver bullet case of CEL v Chan.
As seen in the latest exemplar WS by @_blueberry_ which I'd be adapting now, if I were you, to get your discontinuance asap.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
