I'm stating the obvious just in case, of course once you have removed paragraph 13 and 14 don't forget to renumber the rest of your defence....but I am absolutely sure you were going to do that anyway

The template defence last sentence para 1 states the above  -  you seem to be missing the last few words.

Hehe yes I did but its always best to state the obvious with someone like me especially when they have a baby that doesn't give them any peace/sleep/time to eat and all the rest lol.  The only reason I've been able to do all this today is that I've had some help with her for a change    Btw any answer on the numbering of Vine v London Borough?

Yes you are right.
No doubt when she has a moment @Coupon-mad will change the template Defence so that the second occurrence of paragraph 20(ii) becomes 20(iii).

Well its all done and sent off now following @KeithP clear instructions and I've received the acknowledgement. Thankyou all for your help and advice I couldn't have done it without you x
