I'm stating the obvious just in case, of course once you have removed paragraph 13 and 14 don't forget to renumber the rest of your defence....but I am absolutely sure you were going to do that anywayoldnfat said:
Oh wow thats great news thankyou so very much. Everyone's help has been much appreciated. Btw can i just ask something else please, on the template defence where it mentions cases involving unclear terms and lack of adequate notice, the last one (Vine v London Borough of Waltham Forest) is numbered as (ii) should it be (iii)? Ive changed it in mine to be that , please tell me im right and I've spotted something no-one else has lolCoupon-mad said:In your case, remove 13 and 14 and you are done!

The template defence last sentence para 1 states the above - you seem to be missing the last few words.0 -
Hehe yes I did but its always best to state the obvious with someone like me especially when they have a baby that doesn't give them any peace/sleep/time to eat and all the rest lol. The only reason I've been able to do all this today is that I've had some help with her for a changeBoat_to_Bolivia said:

No doubt when she has a moment @Coupon-mad will change the template Defence so that the second occurrence of paragraph 20(ii) becomes 20(iii).
