In your case, remove 13 and 14 and you are done!
Oh wow thats great news thankyou so very much.  Everyone's help has been much appreciated.  Btw can i just ask something else please, on the template defence where it mentions cases involving unclear terms and lack of adequate notice, the last one (Vine v London Borough of Waltham Forest) is numbered as (ii) should it be (iii)?  Ive changed it in mine to be that , please tell me im  right and I've spotted something no-one else has lol
I'm stating the obvious just in case, of course once you have removed paragraph 13 and 14 don't forget to renumber the rest of your defence....but I am absolutely sure you were going to do that anyway  ;)

And if this does end up in court .... very doubtfull because it's UKPC rubbish, make sure you bring to the attention of the Judge the statement of truth signed by Yasmin Mia regarding the fakes
I will do thanks but I really hope it doesn't end up there

"Liability is denied, whether or not the Claimant is claiming 'keeper liability', which is unclear from the Particulars."

The template defence last sentence para 1 states the above  -  you seem to be missing the last few words.
oops don't know what happened there, I've corrected it now thankyou very much

Hehe yes I did but its always best to state the obvious with someone like me especially when they have a baby that doesn't give them any peace/sleep/time to eat and all the rest lol.  The only reason I've been able to do all this today is that I've had some help with her for a change  o:)  Btw any answer on the numbering of Vine v London Borough?

    Yes you are right.
No doubt when she has a moment @Coupon-mad will change the template Defence so that the second occurrence of paragraph 20(ii) becomes 20(iii).   ;)

...... and when you renumber, make sure you do not have a missing number as you are missing 12# at the moment
