What is the Issue Date of the Court Claim and when did you file your AoS?

@KeithP will be able to clarify the dates regarding submitting your defence and supply you with some other useful information.
The issue date was 3rd March and I filed AoS on 13th

With a Claim Issue Date of 3rd March, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 5th April 2023 to file your Defence.

That's just a few days away away.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

Then add paras 5 - 11 copied from @Johny86 then re-number the template below it all.
Again, I've taken the liberty of making those paragraphs available as a pdf in DropBox in order to reduce the amount of searching needed with the poor quality of the search engine on this forum:

Thankyou I already have all that noted.  Would you suggest I leave it until sometime before 3.30pm on Weds or just do it tomorrow? Oh sorry just one more thing, I know I've read somewhere about what font etc the defence should be in but I've forgotten and can't seem to find it now, do you think you could tell me please?

Don't leave it until the last day in case there is an internet problem at either end. I would suggest tomorrow afternoon on Tuesday morning so a few other regulars can have a look at your defence.

No those POC are the usual non-detailed trash.

It doesn't even say what the  breach allegation was, which is why adding 5 - 11 from Johny86 is perfect for all DCBLegal claims right now.

Excellent thanks, just thought I'd double check just in case. I'll get on with it now

Your Particulars of Claim are woefully inadequate.

For example there is no mention at all of what the 'breach of the terms' actually was.
In other words, what is the driver accused of doing wrong such that it attracted this Claim?

You must, must, must include the previously mentioned 'paragraphs 5 - 11'.

After paras 5-11 should I go straight onto "statement of truth"  not including the "conclusion" part beginning with "the claim is entirely without merit"?

Eh?  I already said the template then follows, which you re-number. You will have over 30 paragraphs.
