Oh and I missed your birthday, hope you had a great day!!

Thank you! @outoftheviciouscircle I had a lovely birthday and now another year older haha
i cannot wait to have that £300 paid along with the rest of it to! Keep chipping away as fast as we can!
still feel nervous about our sale but I think it’s natural especially when nothing’s actually happening I will feel better when the buyer is back and has signed and returned the contracts, I will feel even better when and if exchange of contracts has taken place! Found out today our lovely neighbours are moving on 18th of June, it’s a council house ( well not council now but same thing) and now I’m stressed over who we might get next! The last people we had where honest to god horrendous the amount of rubbish in the Garden and the state of the place! I pray we get someone nice again !

Thanks, it's long! You better buckle in and have a huge supply of tea & coffee plus some nice biccies! It spans a few years as I've occasionally fallen off the df wagon but... I've always jumped back on. 😁

Haha I enjoy reading the diaries I really find they keep me motivated, plus I don’t feel so bad when I know it’s not just us that have and do struggle, and believe me we have struggled!
Well done to you for never giving up and keeping on going and paying down the debt xx

So todays a day off for me and I have the entire house to clean, tidy and change DD2 bed, also have some stuff packed to take to Mams to find homes for down there and she is clearing a friends house who has passed away so will be helping her with that to, I also intend to make pepperoni pasta, flapjack and leak and potato soup, I’m currently sat in bed having a cuppa having done nothing 😂 honestly I’m so lazy!
Right going to make a start, will check back in later see if u actually got any of the above done!
PAD is £1 been an expensive week so will be a NSD also xx

Following your journey @Jrcoal5 and have thoroughly enjoyed reading your diary.  I'm waiting with bated breath on your house contracts being signed and returned...
Well done on being so organised and getting all your things moved to your Mams.  I also loved the part in your diary when you were job hunting and then you got your promotion.  It was such a lovely outcome.  Indi x

Awww so lovely to have you joining me and I’m glad you have enjoyed my diary because I am a pretty boring person 😂 honestly I’ll be so relieved if she signs these contracts, as an estate agent it’s truly horrible being on the side!
I move things to mams because it will be so much easier in the run up to completion but of course there is always the risk I have to move it all back! Let’s hope that’s not the case.
I am happy to have been promoted although until we wanted this house I have never in my life wanted to be a manager, it’s only a small team and they are like my family so I think I’ve been very lucky 🍀 which makes a change for me !

Really busy day at work and the got home visited auntie and parents and the home to drop DD2 at a party and now having a bath before sorting out DH tea and bait for tomorrow , the fun never stops!

No news on my buyer am hoping she is back next week and I can get an update and maybe a completion date agreed.

we are doing our mortgage application on Thursday for the new house so it would be ideal if we can know by then about our sale, hoping we can secure a decent rate as I understand a few lenders pulled their rates again on Thursday gone so god knows how much more it’s now going to cost, I will update when I know more!

wont be paying much off the debt until Thursday when DH gets paid but the dog is also going in to be spayed that day so not sure if I have enough put by for that until I find out the cost so may need to dip into his overtime but will see on Monday when I take her for her pre op appointment

off to sort DH tea hope you all have a brilliant sunny Saturday evening
