My switch happened on the 19th April. The email stated 14 days after the closing period which was 30 days after having received the original email, which for me was the 29th March so I don't expect anything until closer to the 12th May.1

Has anyone actually received their £75 incentive yet? I know that they still have until tomorrow to be within 14 days, as I'm guessing everyone that received the email received it on the same day 29th March.0

i chatted to one of their agents the other day and they said id qualified and would be paid out 45 days after the switch1
