Is it similar to watching TV without a TV license?....Scandalous Behaviour!

You could go a step further.
Try and contact the old owner and ask if you can come around to their house (when they are out at work during the day of course) and watch all their streaming services on their new television. As long as you don’t buy additional services or help yourself to fridge items, I’m sure this will be ok.0 -
I'd feel relaxed about it, it's not as if you're incurring any charge to the previous owner. The service providers could do something to snuff this out easily - access the service from a radically different IP address and reauthentication via username/password etc is forced.0
-
Of course you shouldn't I don't now why you have to even ask.
There are several reasons the tv could be in the charity shop the worst that the owner died. How would you feel when you noticed that the services were still being used.0 -
Why is this even a question?
The person did the a good thing and donated the tv to the charity shop. Do the right thing and log out of the subscriptions. Karma and all that0 -
Morally wrong? Possibly
Is it hurting anyone by using it? Probably not.
Use it while you can. Just don’t buy anything extra on their account. That would be stealing.0 -
Of course it's wrong. Morally and legally, and you know it or you wouldn't look for support here. Assuming that you're not already a morally corrupt person, why make yourself one? There's plenty of quality content for free if you look for it.0

Sorry, but are you for real? If the previous owner were sharing his passwords with you, it would already be a breach of copyright. You basically stealing them from him makes it a criminal offence. How are these 'moral dilemmas' if they're so patently wrong? So many of these 'dilemmas' are posted by people who are just hoping to be told that being dishonest or stingy or downright criminal is fine, really.0

Yes you should use them! The worst that would happen is they log you out and you forget where you got to in a series. There is nothing immoral about this as it is not like it is costing the other person anything extra or impacting them in anyway.1

Delete it and don't use it.
You don't know the circumstances as to how the TV ended up at the charity shop. Someone could have died etc.
If you saw someone drop some money, would you let them know or spend it?0
