"@hyperlime's case must have been one of DCB Legal's first ParkingEye jobs taken on, originally reported here back in February this year. Despite there being 4 PCNs in play, with ~£800 being claimed, true to form, DCB Legal discontinue against a robust defendant. Further, seems to prove that PE were offloading 'hopeless' cases to DCBL where they had little appetite/likely chance success in pursuing themselves."

Just three or four people sitting round a table having a discussion.
That video was made a few years ago and most hearings nowadays seem to be via telephone or video link.

Which court ?
DCBL has already contacted you offering a deal
Now they know which court, no doubt you will receive their now famous letter offering a better deal which of course you refuse
Be patient as it is yet another daft claim

Why didyou tick YES to Mediation? No-one does that and the NEWBIES thread says tick NO. Maybe you didn't but either way you are not doing this.
Cancel the Mediation completely as the case is not suitable for mediation.
Then please re-read the NEWBIES thread as you seem very unprepared. There's a whole section called IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN that will help you be more prepared.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Nope did not tick that - I have 6 current cases of tickets against me going through and I am following the thread to the nose. Hence why I was shocked at receiving this.0

Maybe your court always does it. There is a selection of courts that push Mediation as standard.
Just say NO.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
