You will have to download the form and use a text box overlay for D1 and then paste the above test into that text box. I found Arial 9pt to fit perfectly.

Hi all - Update on this, today I receive a NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF PROCEEDINGS letter. 

Absolutely s@@ting myself that I am off to court! I have 8 of these tickets outstanding and hoped my defence would be ok for all of them (basically no requirement to show residence permit mentioned in my tenancy agreement)
So worried now
Cant afford these stupid cowboys parking fees
