The best news is that they lose again!
I used an A4 presentation document folder thingy (where you slip the pages into the transparent folder) and numbered it all.
When you sign in to the Usher you hand to them and say, Please pass this directly to the judge on my case.
This was THE best advice - a solicitor friend told me there are so many of these cases that documents get lost and misplaced against the wrong file making the defendant look incompetent.
Sure enough, when I went into Court the Judge said I would like to start by thanking you one the presentation of this bundle, it is by far one of the most comprehensive and superbly presented documents I have ever encountered in my court!
Go me!
He referred to it constantly and he reiterated the usefulness of it at the end in his summary.
