I was thinking the same thing! I am now back to email, as they had not responded to me and today is the deadline for the witness statement to be submitted, I believe they have used all the wrong reference numbers! Thus, cementing its status as a template for everyone, as we all know.

I am on the phone to the cowboys now - they think they may have sent the wrong witness statement to me!
So why do the local court tell you that the trial fee was paid over two weeks ago. ?  Then the same court tell you that it was actually discontinued over a month ago ?  It doesn't add up , it's a huge c up by somebody. !

The main issue here is that if you have an actual NOD and the date is vacated, its not your problem, wrong WS or otherwise, the court date remains your focus, its either definitely on or definitely off, with 2 weeks to go !

Please show us the NoD so we can count it.

Email DCB Legal a copy of it and tell them to stop bothering you and crawl back under their stone, given they discontinued the case in May.

The NoD was not for this case, it was for a past ticket that was discontinued :(:(:(
     The court emailed me.
So I resent my WS and they responded saying it needed to be printed and sent as it exceeds their page limit via email

So I've just finished printing it all out, all I am worried about is that the deadline was today, but I am assuming that by her asking me to send it I am ok to do so. Infact I will drive to the court tomorrow and deliver it myself I think ? Thoughts?

You can definitely hand deliver it tomorrow, all perfectly normal ,  I definitely would

Don't forget to email a copy to the lawyers email address, to DCB legal, because you must do so, the court order says so

Yes, courts do have printing limits, all perfectly normal

Thank you. I’m just concerned that it might arrive a day late, theoretically.

Better late than never, plus the digital witness statement did arrive in time, they did receive it, but wouldn't print it. !

If asked in court, apologise due to being new to it, explain why it was hand delivered slightly late, but was delivered as soon as possible after knowing about it

I hope you DIDN'T include the Beavis case. The NEWBIES thread doesn't say to do that. It's enormous and doesn't even need exhibiting
