Urgent, court hearing in July, WHAT NEXT :(

The details are definitely on that court order you received back in march, typically 2 weeks before the hearing is the deadline, so possibly this week ?
Look again at that order, the hearing date is definitely not 11/06/2024, possibly 11/07/2024. ?
Not only are you confused, you are bamboozling us
Phone your local court and see if they paid that hearing fee by 13th june and when it was paid1 -
Yes, again sorry, 11/07/2024.
I am trying to give my full attention, which I know is needed, but I also suffer from clinical anxiety and panic mode has set in. So trying to work my 2 jobs and deal with this on a Monday and no hyperventilate - thank you all for your patience with me, simply is so stressful.
I haven't done a witness statement, I am trying to do it now, I have all my photo evidence ready.
I have all the newbies threads open currently in a bid to locate help on writing this.1 -
Also on phone to court now.1

Then the fact that you have received the claimants witness statement is a red flag, meaning that they read the court order in march and that the deadline is now imminent or passed, it certainly must be this week, probably Thursday if its 2 weeks before, check the back of the court order where it says what both parties must do, because they have followed it and you haven't
So get your WS done ASAP and get one copy to DCB legal and another copy to that local court that you phoned, preferably before Thursday2 -
Yes it’s Thursday. this week, I am on the newbies thread now on how to write it.
May I ask, as they have bundled 3 parking fines together do I only need on witness statement still to cover it all ?0 -
If its one claim, do one witness statement but you can cover all 3 PCNs within it2

- On the date of the alleged parking event, I stopped to unload my car next to my garage, *************jobby street etc+++++++++ The purpose of my brief stop was solely to unload my goods, into my garage. I ensured that my vehicle was parked for the shortest duration necessary to complete this task. I believe the circumstances surrounding my stop were reasonable and did not violate any parking regulations. I took care to park in a manner that I perceived as compliant with the rules in the immediate vicinity, next to my garage before moving my car into my private parking space.

Im going with this, for my first ticket (there are 3 on the list) I was unloading my kids and luggage, next to my garage, I have no alternative as I cant access my door once I am in the private parking space due to a wall!
Thoughts please?0 -
That's not a Witness Statement. Stop!
Please just do a WS bundle like this sort of example which won:
