Issues accessing Chip app??

Is anyone else having issues accessing the Chip app today (Tuesday 21st March) I am only getting a 'try again' button and pressing it doesn't do anything but show 'try again'. I have messaged them online, twitter and emailed three hours ago and no-one has answered.  I am getting anxious that I can't access my money and am hoping it is a whole server issue but there is no update to advise on this.

    It's fine for me. I did experience an error once and no amount of 'trying again' fixed it, so I just deleted the app and reinstalled it, and my access was restored.

    Thank you for all you replies.  I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but still not getting access.  I just wish someone from Chip would respond to my email and twitter!

    This happened to me few weeks ago. I was thinking of reinstalling the app, but after about 2 hours it worked again.
  • i had a update this morning and since then i cant get my secure login to work, i open the app and it just logs me in, i tried to turn off the secure login and turn it back on but still doesnt work.

    Mine was updated automatically yesterday - no probs at all, it's going through FaceID every time I open the app. I am on the latest iOS, what is your OS? 

    Seems a massive security loophole if it doesn't use your credentials. Have you reported it to them? What happens when you re-install the app?

    Same problem for several hours..still not working and no response to email yet
