Eon keep harassing me

Hello I pay my gas and electric each month with my readings submitted on receipt of bill as I do not have direct debit ?I keep getting phone call everyday asking for their estimated balance of nearly £3000 as I’m in debt ?yet I pay up on receipt of bill can any one help

Is the phone call from your current supplier or a debt recovery company?

Have you received any notification of this by means of a letter and bill?

No not a debt as I always pay on bill calls are my supplier eonnext saying I’m in best with their yearly estimated readings no my actual reading I send monthly

I pay the actual readings I send but they don’t stop calling or by email ?I will get my son to send a picture of conversation we have had ?just getting worried

How are you sending your readings to them, via the online form in your account, or by some other means?

What do you mean by "I pay the actual readings I send"? Do you mean you decide how much you should pay based on meter readings you send to them, or do you mean that they generate a bill from your readings and then you pay it?

Follow the advice given by Robin9 above. And in the mean time next time they call, tell them that you are not willing to speak with them over the telephone about this - anything they want to say to you should be addressed by hard copy, sent in the post.

Raise a complaint by email. I suggest email as then you have a copy of all correspondence

What does your online account show, can you see a statement of your account to establish where the £3,000 figure might be coming from?
