Octopus Agile

In the Octopus Watch app, there is a flag you can enable to "Highlight expensive Gas" - "Highlight when electricity prices are lower than your current gas prices".
If I switch this option on, it is highlighting agile slots where the electric price is in the 20s of p per KWH, but my current gas price is 6.52p (tracker).
I couldn't find documentation about this - any ideas how I am supposed to interpret this information? I think this is a new feature so I suppose it might just be plain wrong!0 -
Should be some dirt cheap energy between 3 and 5am tomorrow, probably not into plunge territory but wont be any more than 2p at most.2

I got my Octopus bill today and was surprised to find my average unit price for the month was down to 13p. I was convinced it was going to be more like 20p. There were days when the average exceeded 20p but judicious car charging more than compensated for that.
I also got two quotes with my bill, one for the SVT and a 12-month fix. Identical prices of 27.45p/kWh but with a £75 early exit penalty on the fix.
I'm sticking with Agile.

This looks like good news for Agile / Tracker customers North of the border:And maybe for some of us to the South as well? Depends on the grid, I guess.0

It's all one grid. It doesn't matter where you are in the UK (except Norn Iron).0
