Early pricing is out for tomorrow.
I've never seen a wholesale price at nearly £1000 before but that's what is occurring tomorrow evening.

Top up the batteries no matter what rate overnight then.

I enquired about getting a couple more batteries, but they've quoted £1200 each plus £300 fitting, so I think that's probably a no.

Savings session tomorrow night then? I know Octopus have been outbid recently, but at that rate there's got to be some head room for their bid I would have thought. Might even be worth doing a quick top up in the afternoon if the rates aren't too horrendous, to then export back.

Not sure I’ll be charging the hybrid overnight tonight - it’s probably just cheaper to do the 18 ish miles it gives me on petrol I think.

Thanks for the warning, decided not to turn the gas CH on today to make up for poor electric rates, looks like tomorrow is going to be just as bad. Luckily have lots of stuff to do to the house/garden that will warm me up! Does not make much difference if the rate is 40 or 100p, just avoid usage regardless. My powertool batteries and powerbanks are starting to stack up in need of a charge, though.
