Thank you, has anyone experienced having these letters sent with the incorrect reg of vehicle and a random place of the incident as I have?0
-
If this vehicle is nothing to do with you, why did you bother to hide the reg. no. when showing us that DCBL letter?
Have you no idea how they have connected your name and address with this vehicle?2 -
I covered thinking that it's someone's reg, your right, I have no idea why they have connected it to me as I have never had a car of this reg.0
-
Let me assure you... they haven't just dreamt up your name and address.
Do you have a vehicle with a 'similar' registration mark?4 -
Only maybe a matching number or two or letter to the one on the letter, not one I would say is a very close match0

What images have you seen on the CP Plus website?
You have the CP Plus reference on that letter you have shown us.2 -
I have been on their website (GroupNexus I assume) loaded in the reference and the reg on the letter, it then states to pay the fine or appeal it. No other options, to see images do I select appeal? As I don't want to enter a 'contract' with them if you get my understanding0

I'm sorry what is FMOTI. I mean that I don't want to select to appeal it and that is me stating that I am the owner of the car, which I am not. This might sound silly but I'm very stressed and worried about this situation
