Dcble letter

Hi, been sent a letter from dcble, stating parking charge of £170. Yet the reg of the vehicle is not my car and a place I have never been too? This is first contact I have ever had from this company, I have emailed them to explain but wondering if anyone else has been sent incorrect letter from them detailing incorrect information? Or what else should I do?

Send a SAR to the actual Parking Firm
Is it DCBL or DCB Ltd Solicitors?

Dcbl, their is no parking firm as the letter states this vehicle was on private land and the driver had an agreement with the land owner and over stayed beyond the agreement.

DCBL must be acting for a PPC, what does the letter actually state?

So I need to send a SAR to this company? Im new doing this, how do I go about that? And how long does this process take, and the outcome as I'm worried more letters will start to come to me about a vehicle that i do not own to a place I have never been.

How to do a SAR is in the NEWBIES thread.  That is why all new posters are asked to read that thread first, at the top of the forum.

We know you are all new to it which is why we have a resource thread pinned at the top of this discussion board, to make basics like doing a SAR or defending a court claim easy.

Please don't ask for a link. You already have one.

Can I get some advice please, as I am new to this, do I now need to send a SAR? To this CP Plus LTD company? And then email dcbl stating that I have? I have seen a lot of issues with this CP Plus LTD company on the forum. What is the best next step?
