  • My current offers:

    > Capital One 6 Months BT & Purchase @ 37.9%
    > HSBC Purchase Plus CC (16 Months BT & 18 Months Purchase) at 24.9%
    > Zable 48.9%

What strikes me is that my credit score band is low, and I'm getting such offers (and by checking via HSBC's own elegibility checker, i dont qualify for no cards atm)

Anyone has done some CC eligibility checks recently?

What are currently the best BT and MT offers by LBG and Virgin?

Thanks Martico. That's still pretty good for stoozing. Are you taking those offers?

No, though I know they're good offers I just can't be bothered with the admin at the moment, minimal as I know that is. I'm also happy enjoying what's becoming an extended period without any credit

I'm getting the same 6.9% offers from Halifax, but the 0% ones are missing.

Barclaycard are usually the most generous to me. Currently 2 offers at 2.8%. MT until 1st October 2025 and BT until 1st Jan 2026.

Barclaycard are still decent for me, though not as generous as your offers: BT at 3.3% until Oct 2025, and MT at 3.5% until Oct 2025

I’ve currently got a recurring 20 month 0% BT offer on my Barclaycard Avios card with a 4% fee and a 19 month MT offer with a 4.5% fee.

And in their recent email reminder, they advised me that I’d also be earning 1 Avios point per £1 transferred also this month.

I’ve also got 9 month 0% BT and MT offers with a 2.9% fee on my Sainsbury’s Dual Offer card.

And I’ve got a 12 month 0% BT offer with a 2.9% fee on my FD Gold card.
I know this post is nearly a year old but...
That's very interesting as have never seen an offer presented on my BC Avios card - do you have the standard or plus card?

Has anyone with a BC Avios card seen any offers lately?

I appear to have Zero offers across my CC portfolio, but I am pre-approved with Santander 26 month 0% BT offer with a healthy likely limit - not that i'm intending to apply.
If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.

    Secured/Unsecured loans x 1
    Credit Cards x 8 (total limit £55,050)
Creation FS Retail Account x 1
    Creation Credit Sale 0% x 1 = £112.50pm x 20 mths
    0% Overdraft x 1 (£0 / £250)
    Mortgage Outstanding - £137,707.00 (Payment 13/360)
    Total Debt = £7,400 (0%APR) @ £100pm - Stoozing

Halifax more generous for you than me, mine is 12 months 5% fee. Lloyds who I also hold do 15 month 4.5% fee

M&S tended to offer 9 months while I had a balance but currently nothing
Santander nothing for a long time even when I had a balance
Barclays (platinum, not an Avios one) 0% 18 months 3.3% fee, think I had a 2 year offer end of last year at 3.3%
Teso is 3.99% but doesn't tell me a date and not interested in applying to see as that card is fairly close to full

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
