Octopus data not consistently available from SMART meter - is it just me?

Yes, mine is just weird - I'm missing export for 13th March and also export 14th February to 7th March - although it pops up on 23rd and 25th February. And missing import 28th February to 6th March. Import date arrives for 17th March but not for 16th March. It's not the end of the world but just frustrating because when it does work it is so good to get it in the one place!1

My SMETS 1 meters, electric, hasn't given the readings for the 14th and 15th, 16th was OK but the 17th is missing so as I like to do daily usage totals and the price it's costing me per day/week/month I have to estimate in full kWh, not the tenths, hundredths/ thousandths of a kWh that the meter gives when it's giving daily readings.
Since being with Octopus, September 2021, the gas hasn't being readable,as it wasn't by the three suppliers after BG, the meter was put in by BG in July 2015 and the IHD got water damaged in December 2015/16 during the flooding.
I'm wondering when the certification period runs out on the smart meters, L&G E470's and will the supplier replace the full meter or just the battery pack, if it's the full meter then I could ask for a IHD.Someone please tell me what money is1 -
Actually I lied, there still is one single day that registered zero usage for gas, I just went back on the graphs and its still zero, I remember that day specifically as I thought my boiler pilot light had gone out. But I think its only one day on gas for about a 12 month period.

I'm seeing Octopus pulling data from DCC late; usually by the end of the following day but sometimes the day after that.
In common with a couple of other posters, my gas consumption data for March 13th is still missing.
Bright and n3rgy do not have this problem, it's just Octopus.0 -
The issue seems to be rotating between different customers. I was having problems 1-2 weeks ago, but all has been well for the past 6 days.

I still get gaps in my data from Octopus. It's like there's some human interaction and that's the day they didn't come into work so I don't get my data. The glowmarkt site has the consumption but not my export. As I've banged on already, shame as when it works it's great.0

Bright and n3rgy do not have this problem, it's just Octopus.I contacted Octopus via Twitter (only use twitter for this purpose) and they said "We did experience a widespread issue with missing data on the 12th & 13th March, but usually a request to pull this data from the database should update it. I have requested the readings from the national metering body (DCC) and these should come through within the next couple of days, but usually much quicker."I also setup Bright around that time to confirm the data was there. The missing data appeared on the Octopus website within that hour. So just try contacting them and I'm sure they'll sort it.0 -

Not sure if anyone is still interested but Octopus appear to have got their data act together now and most data history is in good shape as well. Previous day's data is usually available in the morning of the next day - sometimes it's export first, sometimes it's import first - but whatever. The last bill was fine - the one export day missing data had been catered for. So given Octopus's rates, I will continue to vote for them.0

I do get occasional gaps (all seem to be gas), and occasionally I get updates a day late as well.0
