Gladstones have even acknowledged the change of address, and yet still send paperwork to an old address. Having said this, I have just received my DQ from Northampton to my current address, so the message has landed with them finally. A heads up this 20 page thread relates to, two separate claims and I'm pretty sure at some point, one of the regulars did hint at the above as you mentioned.1 -
CNBC would have your correct address from the claim form or your defence; if Gladstones keep refusing to acknowledge your change of address for service, report them to the ICO3

Just sent off DQ to CNBC and Gladys. FYI the new email for submitting DQ to CNBC is now DQ.CNBC@justic.gov.uk
I have received automated response from CNBC, don't expect any acknowledgement from Gladys.
Now I shall await my day in CC.

Been given date for CC. Approx 10 weeks from now. I'm anchoring my WS on Forbidding signage. I've attached the images. There are two tickets in question. Same vehicle , exact same location but different years. I have a previously written WS from last year (October 2023) hoping to amend and send before deadline.0

Yes.
That sign offers no contractual terms & conditions at all. A consumer contract requires consideration flowing both ways but there is nothing of value on offer.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just about to file my WS has there been any change in legislation in the last year, or any documents (alongside all the usual bits) that need appending?0

You aren't appealing anything.
Just use the a-f list of exhibits in the NEWBIES thread and to see what a good WS looks like in 2024, search the forum for NEWEST results, using these sort of keywords or similar:

Thank you.
I will check 2024 Newbies thread.
Also, I have removed the section about primacy of contract as that does not apply here like last time and does not make much sense when reading the WS as a whole.
