This is the guy I saw filming through my car window!

This was the photo taken first from the window so apologies for the reflection. These pics were the week after he'd left me a ticket.

The railings in the foreground are what I was right next to. There's a gap in them right outside my daughters front door, which is where I stopped to run in.
It doesn't look it in the photos but there was loads or room for any vehicle to get past on the other side. I had a bin lorry go past me once when I'd pulled over there so it's causing no obstruction.

I wasn't suggesting you were having a laugh about it, sorry if I came across that way.
I just meant I'm not particularly computer literate so it might take me a while!0 -
This is the position of their sign from where I was that night. Probably doesn't help my argument but it is positioned by the parking bays, there's nothing on the railings.

That certainly helps your argument. No contractual terms are offered relating to the railing access area to the flat and no terms relate to loading/unloading.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No that I can make out from the sign. Will it help if I add that too? I got a pic of it in daylight so I can read it in full.
Thank you so much for taking the time to look at this!0 -
This is the full notice but I'm guessing it's quite a standard one.
