Does anyone know if a Bank of Scotland current account is treated as an account with a different bank for the purposes of a switch into a Halifax reward c/account for the bonus?

Best way to find out is to read the offer when it is released tomorrow.  It will say if BoS is not treated as a different bank, otherwise it should be fine to use BoS.

When you hold a BOS account and a Halifax account they do appear on each others Web page and you can make transfers between them

Despite this, CASS'ing in a BOS account has satisfied the condition with recent offers.

Applied and accepted for the Halufax reward account within 10 mins this morning. Will give it a few days and then switch the Monzo account that I opened last night.

No 😂, but as I was a previous customer earlier this year, I think was maybe the reason that I didn’t need to send any proofs of I’d. Not received any previous switch offers from them in the last 3 years though, so I will qualify.
