Morning all xx
Woken up to snow this morning. I am sooo relieved that I am on Annual Leave 😊.
I feel human today. Yayy. I gave myself Time Out on Wednesday afternoon and found that I needed to do the same yesterday. So all I've done since arriving home on Wednesday is eat, sleep, read, Sudoku, and watch TV. Oh and some digital decluttering of emails.
Three books to go in cs bag. But a second brew and breakfast first.
Take care

I went with OH on the school run.. he is such a fabulous parent he didn't even make sure they had hats and gloves before putting them in the car.. so 2 were screaming by the time they got there.. I slipped on the mud and have mashed my knee when the opposite hip did the dislocate-clunk back in place thing... so now I am a joy to behold and probably unable to do the school run at 3.. the knee is rapidly swelling..
eating drugs like smarties today so the weekend will be spent on the loo.. I need heavy duty stuff and it really upsets my poor insides.. I was going to take the cripple sticks but they have no grip on the slippy stuff so are pretty useless.
I guess I am knitting today!

Ouch! I think knitting is a very good idea piggers xx Sending healing vibes across the Bridge 💐🍇 xx
I made the most of a break in the weather to go out and feed the birds / put out the recycling. Then, while the kettle was boiling for a coffee, I put the remnants of a case of cola into the fridge, ripped up the cardboard case, and recycled it too. Very slushy underfoot. Snowing again now.

As for the list, I am banned by the drs from Vacuuming, gardening and changing beds lol so instead I have WM on twice, put to dry on the airer, decluttered a sausage roll ( def NOT recommended by drs ooops ) a bowl of left over corned beef hash and still on the prowl for food.... it is one of those days oh dear Never mind the sun is shining at least Unfortunately that shows my windows need cleaning!
Stay fit, well and happy everyone xx ( hope your ailments calm down to a reasonable level Pigpen xx )8 -
Afternoon all. Just popping in to say hi and let you know that I had a little boy on the 27th February (3.5 weeks early). We’ve only been home since Sunday as little lad had some problems with feeding and jaundice. Finding the change in routine really difficult and the idea of OH going back to work a week on Monday daunting already (whoever decided that men only need a tiny amount of paternity leave needs a smack IMHO, he’s been fantastic and is loving parenthood far more than me at the moment). Hope you’re all keeping well x£2023 in 2023 challenge - £17.79 January8

We are ten million percent snowed in and we have lost lots of hens who got buried. Thank goodness we haven’t lambed yet, lots of lambs have died in drifts 😕😕
My house is a mess. But the fires are lit, the babes and animals have full tummies and we’re warm8
