Good. Please do all of the above.Ysekots said:Also Steve mentions that a further payment was made to DCBL. but I did no such thing. He also said I paid my court order later than the timeframe the court gave. Which I didn’t. So either they are just clueless and making this stuff up as they go along or he’s referring to somebody else. But I have now received an email about a refund for overpayment which he does mention.I’ll just do the SAR now and see what they come back with. Then I’m going to make a very big complaint to the SRA about all of the intimidation and deceit. 🥳
I will be fascinated by the results of the SAR.
In fact send two:
- one to DCB Legal asking for everything they hold regarding all actions, data, file notes, communications and a screenshot of the full system 'history' updates regarding this claim number, including all communications with DCB Ltd, and to explain the 'credit' of £12 and to explain what they mean by 'other live case'*
- one to DCB Ltd asking for everything they hold including all instructions from DCB Legal AND copies of all purported enforcement stages including any sealed Writ and any Enforcement Notice, as well as evidence from their records of the sum(s) paid to them and why there is a £12 credit due.* the other live case will be the default CCJ you mentioned. DO NOT offset the money against that! Tell them to send you a cheque.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
