    That’s all really really useful.

I have actual photos of their signage (all in stupid places, one of them is actually completely concealed by a large recycling bin, another is attached to an open fire gate), but should I even include my own photos of them in my WS? If I add my photos, it will be confirming that the signs are there, which is refutable if the only evidence available to the judge is the stock photos.

Oh yes, use pics like that in your WS!

Surely one of the exemplar WS in the NEWBIES thread already includes CEL v Chan?

The one by Citizen _K is very recent so use that one as your base. Linked by username in the NEWBIES.

Hi, I’m trying to use the k sultana saeed v plustrade case for my paragraph on parking in my residential parking area for loading/unloading. However I just don’t understand the ruling, it’s a lot of jargon that I cannot get my head around. Is there any help you could offer specifically applying that case to mine?

Google it and you'll find various summaries; they make cases easy to grasp.

Thank you for all of your help. The initial claim form states exactly that so I can use it 🥳

also with regards to my HA, I haven’t made a complaint to them but I can definitely do so, once I have completed and submitted my WS and evidence.

Also regarding the info you have given on the HA being a mutual. Can I use that in my WS if I haven’t mentioned anything about it in my defence?
The WS includes a copy of an alleged agreement that bears the name and company number of the HA. That leads you to Companies House where the register, which is in the public domain, shows the HA is a mutual.

You can use and challenge any and all information sent to you by the claimant.

Hi, here is my witness statement but with personal details redacted. I also haven't included all the evidence/exhibits in that draft. But they will be in the final WS before I email it across.

Also I didn’t include the bit about the signatories names being redacted in UKPC WS because it was me who redacted them. They are on the unedited document.
