I guess I may have to get them to ring the CNBC again....1 -
How strange then that it is marked 'stayed' again and wasn't updated yesterday to show the D's DQ was received!
Phone at 8.30am sharp otherwise it takes 2 hours for the CNBC to answer.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

My friend received this today, I'm lost for words how incapable they are. I assume it's a case of ringing them again to try and explain, again, that the DQ was filed on time and that we have proof of it.
Is there anything else I need to get my friend to do or say?

I wish the D had spoken to the CNBC two weeks ago to pre-empt this, as I advised. Could see this coming and the D needed to stop it BEFORE the defence was struck out.
Harder work now!

After speaking with the CNBC today, my friend was told that sending screenshots of the email was not proof enough, even though he was explicitly told that was how to do it. Therefore, he is now forwarding the email in question with proof that the auto-reply was received too.
This is all just getting ridiculous now.1 -
Morning. Sorry that I'm going to be one of those people but it's really early and I'm just about to leave for work.
My friend has received this latest letter, which was received yesterday. What does it mean and what do they need to do please? This is the most recent letter since my last message above that they have had

The local court wants the C to reply to the defence. Show us when that arrives.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It means the court has accepted the defence and it is now up to the claimant to decide whether they wish to proceed with their claim. No doubt they will. You will then receive a Directions Questionnaire from the court which you will need to respond to.2
