  • Happy Christmas!
Im just come up to bed, DD is still watching a Christmas movie, so I can't put her presents in her stocking yet! Will have to sort it out when I get up with the dogo about 5!

Others all organised. Table laid for breakfast, we always have fruit salad and then whatever we fancy, kids it usually choose cookie crisp because I refuse to buy nestle all year round! I'll be having a little smoked salmon on toast! Which is a lovely treat.
Then BIL and nephew are coming and they are cooking the dinner, so mum and I are going to pop to the cafe, which is open just for a couple of hours.
Will be A very nice change to me sweating in the kitchen.
I think my fav Xmas lunch ever was 2020, - lockdown, it was just the 5 of us and I cooked an m and s lasgane with green salad and garlic bread, it was delicious and so easy. The kids however thought they had been short changed and were put out there were no roasties!
What's the fun in being tied to the cooking for hours on Xmas day!
Maybe it will be lasagne in 2025!!,, we'll see 🤔

    🎄🎁🌲🎅🎄
Have a lovely day all and hopefully some quality time with family members and remembering loved ones no longer with us
    💕💕💕

    Happy boxing day!
Always quite happy to get to boxing day. I find it much more enjoyable than the stress of Christmas day.
I treated my self to a secret santa gift from my fab budgeting site on utub3
I loved opening it and have done great challenges to look forward to in 2025.

One is a Monday weekly saving challenge so I think they're will be my 52 week envelope challenge.
Plus a dice challenge and a sticker challenge and a couple of others.
    Exciting!

Will be going home this evening and looking forward to being in my bed. Always nice to get back to my bed.
DD wants to spend her xmas money tomorrow, prob new shoes, so will be going to the town. Hoping not to spend any of my money.
I need to seriously look at all my pots and find and work out a plan!

Well we are definitely in the middle of that 'crimbo limbo' thing,
Last night dh and I had smoked salmon (uu) with roasted sweet potatoes and loads of salad, couldn't even fit the potatoes on the plate and only had a few
Then this evening we had hm gf lasagne with some salad.
Trying really hard to eat a bit better and a larger range of veggies

I check my banking  apps daily as well. Feel your pain in setting up your banking apps after the reset.

    Food looks amazing.
