    Hi guys,
Thank you  for your well wishes, they mean allot x
    Update
I am just waiting for my discharge papers.!!! Hoping it will be quicker than in Tuesday when it took 7 hours!!
The pain is much better and the swelling has gone down loads thank goodness. But it does soar that as well as upsetting a nerve in my lip and lower part of my jaw, it has 'jangled' the trigeminal nerve. I could cry, I experienced tregeminal neuraglia last year for 3 months and it was horrific pain in my face for 3 months.
They said like the numbness, it could settle in a few weeks. So I have everything crossed 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
    That it does.
My DH had rung and Cancelled my work for tomorrow, I think I will give myself another whole week and then maybe work on a Sunday to try and catch up!

I’m glad you are giving yourself at least a week to recover. Hoping the tregeminal nerve calms down soon … 🤞
    Hugs x

Your family seem to be lacking in empathy?

It's funny you gestational eldest are autistic (DH is too, diagnosed by me!!)
, the eldest has text me everyday to ahh how I was and when I came home on Tuesday he was in and checking up on me, too much. Dd never came in. So it can't just be about the autism, although I know every child is different, but her reaction this week has really hurt me and I've been really shocked. They were all bought up the same!!!

I think, maybe, when you are better, you need to have a little chat with DD about how she comes across ….?

  • Time to heal first before money. All those pots are there for times like this, be gentle on yourself.
I have children who also aren't very empathetic to me too. But this is because their father has brainwashed them all into saying I am a hypochondriac every time I am sick - the only one who's seen through this so far is DS1 because he was 14 when I had sepsis and exh didn't even bother to come home when I was VERY sick in hospital and nearly didn't pull through.......the other two were too small to remember that. ExH said I was being a hypochondriac as usual and carried on with his skiing holiday
I sympathise fully but have no suggestions -aside from focus on you and take the sympathy's and love where you can find them! Even if it is on the net rather than in your own home xx

    Thanks DFW,
Last night in my own bed was bliss and I slept from 10.30 till 5, so good! Not quite so good after that with sorting out the dog and finding pain relief to work.
Ive had a very quiet in bed kinda of day, did manage to do a tesco order which is coming tomorrow,
and blast ive just realised, I havent cancelled my work for tomorrow, and its too late now. oops! I was putting it off earlier as I didnt want to talk because 1) im tired and 2.) it hurts when i talk! Oh well i will do that in the morning. Also made the tomato sauce for tea, but realised standing up was more tiring than i thought and got DD to finish hers and then DH to make ours when he finished work.

Still cant beleive how much this has taken out of me, I long as I make progress each day, thats all that counts really, slow and steady they say.
Hoping tomorrow I can meditate, even that has been beyond me x

HAvent been writing up my gratefuls

Todays a big one to our wonderful NHS, all of it, the nurses and dr, the consultants the catering staff, the cleaning crew, the a and e guys and the pharmists,  gosh so many different jobs and all crucial to the system running. We all know it has many faults and problems, but the care I was given was wonderful and I am so so grateful to all.
