Chicken fajitas sound lovely and the substitute yogurt instead of sour cream very clever.
I was with you 100% till you got to the liver part. I love pate but straight up liver and I have never gotten on. Too many stone cold dinners decades ago with me n my poor mum glaring at each other across the table. 🤣
Are you looking forward to your weekend away? Hopefully the weather will stay a bit nicer xxLancashire

Liver and onions in gravy was 😋 I didn’t like it as a child either SuzeQStan
I bought a few bits of food yesterday £13.65. Today is tinned sardines in tomato sauce on toast for breakfast, chicken salad sandwich thin for lunch and leftover fajitas with wrap & cheese from the freezer & last of natural yoghurt, plus strawberries and apples.I took £20 cash out of my current account as we are going out at the weekend for a meal. I also have £10 in my purse leftover from last weekend.
DF helped me plant my crocus bulbs yesterday afternoon and it was warm & sunny. Today is grey and cool. It is supposed to brighten up this afternoon so I have got a few clothes in the machine to hang out once they have finished. Am going to my old school friends house for a cuppa and chat later0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Your garden will be so colourful. It's great bagging reduced bulbs and you'll have to see what others are around at the end of each season.
Liver and onions seemed to be staple for all of us growing up......
Hope you had a wonderful catch up.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
Have had a lovely weekend. Total spend £25 cash plus £22.50 in the garden centre on the way home on bulbs etc and £11.80 on lunch & cup of tea.I now have mini daffy, mini blue iris and snowdrop bulbs. Also bought a new pot to pot on my peace lily at home. Have also been given lots of cuttings and plants and herbs so they will be planted up today.Saw the physio yesterday & she now thinks frozen shoulder. I have exercises and have been referred for an injection. She did say I can continue aqua fit so I will book that today.Current account balance remaining £110.48. I will go grocery shopping today. Thanks @doingitanyway I was lucky that my DS decided to buy my house otherwise I would have had estate agent fees for selling too. I’m glad you took out solicitor insurance, it was so worth it for me, but hopefully your purchase will go through no problem 🤞

Your garden is coming together and will burst into colour.
Great shopping and lovely meals planned. Have you tried fried / grilled / microwaved courgette slices with a sprinkle of cheese melted on them or turn them into pizzas with chopped meat then the cheese?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3
