A very comprehensive and well thought out financial plan for the years ahead! How long now until your first occupational works pension becomes available? That will certainly come in useful along with any lump sum payment.

Thanks Lord M and Tresinia 😊

3 years until pension 1 and I will probably take the larger pension and larger lump sum at 60 under mccloud to make sure I have that extra income from 60 to 67 to boost remaining equity. Pension 2 and state pension from 67.

Had leftover roast chicken for lunch warmed in gravy with swede & carrot mash, broccoli & cauli. All veg from freezer. Easily warmed up in the microwave when not feeling great. Will warm a portion of beef curry for dinner. Spoke to DF earlier and he has offered to get me some shopping if I don’t feel well enough in next few days to get food. I have frozen fish & will put in slow cooker tomorrow with leftover butternut squash and mushrooms and frozen spinach. Sauce will be made with milk and dried parsley.

     Great financial planning.
Sinuses can be so painful when blocked. I hope you feel better soon

Still struggling with nasal congestion and face ache this morning. Message on tracking from courier to say underlay is bigger than expected so they are arranging a special delivery. Tried online chat but can’t get past the chat bot which tells me it’s coming today. Tried phoning but can’t get past the phone bot which tells me the delivery is cancelled and I should contact the seller for a refund. Managed to get an online message past the bot which confirms customer services are looking into my query. Your guess is as good as mine whether it will be coming or not!

Food choices were better yesterday and this is reflecting in monitor readings. Am going for a lie down!!

Sya, that just about sums up the so called customer experience these days🙄. Can I ask what monitor you're using to track your food?

I just bought a cheap one from the big river company. I don’t want to recommend it as I have only used it for 2 days and I am assuming it’s accurate. I won’t be eating crumpets for breakfast again! Crustless quiche was good results (bacon onions broccoli eggs).

Can you believe it … the underlay has just been delivered. Not large or heavy! At least it’s here now.

Thanks Sya. I get not recommending. Is it the finger price one?  Your deciding not to eat crumpets for breakfast again after using it is exactly why I think I should get one! Good news on underlay

It was monitor and 50 lancets & 50 test strips £15.99. Paid from annual bills pot. Cheap enough for a short period to check how some foods affect me. I want to try weetbics and porridge to see how I tolerate them. This bug / virus has made me crave carbs & sugar.

I'm going to get one to try.  I think it will make me more mindful of eating things like crisps and general rubbish.  I have weet a Bix and porridge most days,  and also reddy brec and shredded weets. All carbs
