Thanks Suze. Test was negative but throat is raw and I feel feverish so won’t be doing anything today. I looked at the interest during the night when I couldn’t sleep to take my mind off the pain. 😉0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗

Sorry you are still feeling poorly SYA - if it continues pls bear in mind you can get cheap delivery slot late evening from MrT/A/M/S etc - circa £1.50 so you don’t make yourself worse by venturing out. Minimum basket value does apply tho - so it’s a good option to pick when you need something heavy - like a Jereboam of vino to take your mind off the lurgy 😆😉🤣Lancashire

Thanks Suze I had to look up a jereboam 😂
Sometimes when you are sat at home you feel better than you are. Thankfully I have enough to last the weekend but I will ask DF to get me anything else I need if I still feel ill. I got all excited about burning my documents tonight but realised I don’t have anything to light it with! I will ask DF to get me a disposable lighter or box of matches next time he goes shopping.

Lovely sunny day today. I managed to wash & hang out towels. Wash basket now empty and all holiday washing done. We have some snow forecast for next week 😳
Have still lost my voice. Receptionist refused to book me in with the doctor yesterday & referred me to the chemist. I then had to phone the chemist & try to croak an explanation of my symptoms. Chemist said I needed to see a doctor! Had to phone back the doc surgery and they then managed to book me in. Throat was on fire at that point. Took stronger pain meds & slept most of the morning. Saw GP who did not know what the cause is. They are waiting for referral back from hospital 😕 Was given a prescription for numbing throat spray and gavisgone & have to go back, if symptoms persist, for blood tests.Could be a virus, could be acid, could be thyroid. 🤷♀️ Fed up.0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
