Called this morning and panic over, they have received it and have forwarded it onto the clerk responsible for issuing video links etc. I have my key points ready, but is there anything else I should be noting to mention or can I just go off my WS and talk about the CRA breaches, actions for estoppel etc? I've printed the CRA s71 and Sch2, highlighting para 6,10 and 14. I've made a note to ask the supplementary WS to be struck off at the start of the case as it was sent in late. I will mention the point about Roch LJ (still unsure on what to say in regards to that). But fingers crossed now, I just want this to be over with

@Coupon-mad F Me, but long story short - I WON! thank you to all you guys for your help as I would not have had the courage or strength to fight this. In the end the fact that I had made a payment to the claimant and had proof as per my bank statement, it was enough evidence for the judge to rule on. Only sad thing is that I didn't attach a costs schedule so I can't reclaim any costs, which is a low point on top of the win. I will try using the template to reclaim costs, but don't know how likely that will work in my favour. Once again, thank you very much. Excel can do one!5
