Are you out of your mind? Do you really want your personal details all over the internet? There is enough information in there for anyone to steal your identity! Redact it right now! I have reported it to the mods so they can hopefully remove the link before too much damage is done!

Having read your WS, there are some errors in it. You are referencing the inadequate PoC but you already state that the actual breach of terms was in your NtK, namely that you did not display a valid ticket. Irrespective of whether you didn't need to because you used the app, the appeal decision by HHJ Murch only applied because there was not mention in the PoC of which terms were breached. Therefore, your para #9 is irrelevant as this is way past "allocation" stage.

From para 12 remove the end:

" Whilst it is too late...negligence."

That whole end bit in 12 is wrong.  The claims can't be considered together because you paid the first one.

Also, some of the exhibits from review sites is irrelevant. There's one where the person complains bitterly about the con and how it is probably set up to trap people but they paid the £60 anyway thus admitting liability without bothering to contest it as you are.

I seriously doubt any judge is going to trawl through so many exhibits from social media.

Also you state in para 37 headed "Concealed pitfall or trap" about using the faulty keypad  -  did you not use an app?

@B789 and @1505grandad I have now amended the WS and this is my final version redacted. I have removed the concealed pitfall part about the key pad error as it was not relevant and removed the corresponding exhibit. Hopefully its better now. I have also removed the paragraph you mentioned @Coupon-mad and have removed the part about the POC being unclear.
