Remove this from 8 because it makes no sense when you spell it out in para 10!
It remains uncertain whether the claim pertains to my alleged parking outside of a designated bay, failure to remain on the premises, incorrect bay parking, overstaying the allotted time.You need to add paragraph numbers for every single paragraph (e.g. those under 10 have no number).

Some observations:-
Make sure you state the full name of claimant in the heading
Para 2 - state exhibits 1 - 16 - only 12 shown in contents list.
Para 33 - not relevant to your case (kiosk, store closed, sign re clamping etc.) - make sure there are no other c & p errors

I have made sure paragraphs are numbered now, and removed the irrelevant section in paragraph 8.
Fixed the exhibit numbers 1-12.
removed the paragraph related to kiosk.
I had a read through to make sure no more c&p errors.
