Virgin ISA, where can I find it?

Hi there,

I would so appreciate if someone could tell me where I can actually see, either on the website or app, the cash ISA I opened with Virgin Money. I find their website very confusing. I know a message came up somewhere about ISAs not always being automatically shown beside other accounts, so I followed the instructions to link them, but to no avail as it said I was already registered.

Nothing I've tried has worked and having put the full allowance in when I opened it, I'm quite distressed that I can't find a way to see it.

Please can anyone help?

Thank you

If your ISA is one of the recent "exclusive" ones, with sort code starting "82" then use the Current Account login option.

Thanks very much for your replies. I'm not sure which interest rate it was, but I do get the screen which Frugalmacdugal posted above.

I have a current account with them and a savings account, but the ISA isn't shown with either.

I used to have a Clydesdale account prior to Virgin, and ever since have had nothing but problems with them. I stupidly thought it might be ok with an ISA since I would be putting the maximum in and then doing nothing with it for a year, but it's troubling not to be able to see it's existence. I will never use Virgin again after this and am kicking myself for being swayed by a decent interest rate.

Does the page with the current and savings accounts visible look like you old Clydesdale account page use to.
when you login do you use a 10 Digit Customer number That would be the old Clydesdale login does it look like this
If you hold a current with them i would guess you opened a
    Fixed rate of:

    4.25%

    AER1 Tax-free3
Pay money in Within 30 days from product withdrawal
Take money out Subject to a charge
Open to eligible current account holders

If so it should be visible

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble finding your cash ISA with Virgin Money. Here are some steps that may help you locate your account:

    1. Log in to your Virgin Money account on their website or mobile app.

    2. Look for a section labeled "Accounts" or "Products" on the homepage. Your cash ISA account should be listed here, along with any other accounts you may have with Virgin Money.

    3. If you can't see your cash ISA account listed, try clicking on "Manage Accounts" or "View All Accounts" to see if it appears there.

    4. If you still can't find your cash ISA account, you may need to contact Virgin Money customer service for assistance. They should be able to help you locate your account and provide any additional information you need.

I hope this helps you locate your cash ISA with Virgin Money. If you have any further questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask.

This may be completely irrelevant, as it's not an ISA, but when I opened a Virgin Money Fixed Rate 1 year account last September, I finished up with an entirely new log-in from my long-standing ex-Yorkshire bank one. The new account has an 08 sort code and a 7 character alpha-numeric ID and is not visible from my current account log-in. I need to select 'Savings' from the 'Select a Service' dropdown at https://uk.virginmoney.com/service/sign-in/, rather than 'Current Account' which accesses the instant access ISA as well as the current account.

Sounds like it is on what was the Virgin Web page prior to merger
