They will let you cancel under these circumstances but not surprisingly they need to see evidence that you've actually moved to a zero service area. Like a council tax/utility bill in your name.

Is that fact or just what you think will happen?
When I did this years back, they didn't ask for any such proof.
I wonder how enforcable that would be too.

I moved home in October and community fibre advisor came around March and offered 1 year free. Basically at the time of the price hike you can cancel without charge. I did this and joined CM and their speeds are amazing. Just original engineer didn't do installation properly and we lost internet for a week but they properly did it next time round and said it will be robust. Only issue is even though got the Linksys router its crap other side of house. So will just Invest in a booster
