Ok sure. So I won’t respond to this questionnaire rather respond to the courts request to do the questionnaire?0
-
Also, I’ve not received anything from the courts since submitting the defence back in mid March 2023, should I contact them?0

Have you read the following thread, because you will see that you are on a pretty well-defined pathway ..... to a discontinuation? Stick with the plan!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi So I received the Direct questionnaire from the courts, I've got until Monday to send it in (had health issues so could not do it earlier) but hopefully will record delivery today.
Quick question: section D:suitability for determination without a hearing - what is the reason I give for saying no?
Also has anyone got a link on what to tick for sections D to the end of the form please?
Thanks0 -

The checklist you were following when you filed a Defence tells you how to file and serve a DQ.raps said:Quick question: section D:suitability for determination without a hearing - what is the reason I give for saying no?

It would've been good to send the one email once to the two addressees.
That way neither addressee can deny receiving the thing of the other address received it.
Not that it matters too much (or at all) with a DQ.2 -
