Does it happen often?
Something I am not sure about, the letter/ form was dated 30/8 although I only received it today, it is before I posted the DQ to their solicitors (4/9). Can they now say I never sent them a copy as per court procedures, should I now send a copy to EXCEL? I wouldn't mind if they would accept email.
Hearing yet?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Terribly sorry for not replying sooner, nothing at all has happened or at least we haven't had any notification which is a bit of a worry to be honest. Our post office service is very poor at times, partners pay slip was found in the middle of the road and we never received the DQ from Northampton, I had to check with them (just in time) to be told it was sent and then download an online one. So I will try to contact the court to make sure nothing was sent and we haven't missed the hearing, I did hear there was a big back log but it has been a long time. The waiting is very stressful you have to put it out of your mind when there's nothing you can do or it will send you nuts.3
