    Just received a set of papers from the county court so they are going through with it, time to do lots of reading again, no doubt I will be begging for some more help.

    "My other half has received a PCN from Excel parking issued 24/1/2023 for offence 17/1/2023, she was there taking a disabled person to shop in the attached premises."

    Just checking  -  are all the court proceedings in the name of your other half (wife)?.

    Because sometimes the people actually posting on the forum believe they can defend the case on behalf of the person (registered keeper) who has received the parking charge.  It can sadly go wrong, with an ensuing mess.

    If you mean a court claim, what's the Date of issue?
