@RedFraggle Do the rooms actually feel that temperature? I ask as my living room was 19C this morning and has dropped to 17C now. I have cranked the output dials up to try to get the temp back up a bit but it's a bit of a battle as it's only 4C outside.

Push the centre of the dial twice then turn the dial to scroll through them.
Pah - not on mine, apparently! I assume they’ve made some changes to the installed software in the last few years then!

I never bother with the output dials and keep them always closed as in the past I've forgotten to close them before bedtime and wasted all the overnight charge.

Found this on a google -
The screen shots above look like the initial history pages - but that manual only shows what they are - not how to access /  cycle them.
That link says G6 series - some of the manuals on the main pages with G series are c2019.
So age / version could be an issue (are they configurable in some way / or upgradable - think the RF ones might be ?)
I did also find this thread - and the post by @oldcyclist regarding firmware upgrades - the point about G series having more diagnostics might be relevant (and this post was 2017 - so G series available then)

One of my is fan assisted so it helps (a bit!). I'm good at remembering to turn them down as have suffered storage heaters for a long, long time.

Mine are model G.8. My fitter buys them direct from Dimplex not via a third party.

Yes. The Quantums monitor your actual room temperature and that's what is recorded. There are no output dials, they are fully automated.

independent temperature verification. The quantum just kicked back in. It's been set to keep 21C in this room since 7am

@RedFraggle you are a good advert for them :) Can I ask how you found your installer? I really need someone who has a good knowledge to look at the wiring I have here. 2 storage heaters are wired in to come on at the required Econ 7 times. The other 2 are wired to be permanently on so they had to have a timer attached to make sure they are only on to charge at the correct E7 times. I'd need advice too as to whether I'd replace or could add in another heater. My electrician has, as far as I know, left the country.

Yes, mine was direct too. As I half suspected though it’s just a far older model with different features. Oh well!
