DCB Legal - Letter of Claim - Disabled Driver

If you call the retail park management, follow it up with an email so you have a response you can show/prove .
As for contacting the parting company about the disabled parking problem, do that now, ave tell them a little bit about the isdues, ie mobility problems.
The equality act trumps any blue badge on private land, and once aware the parking company should drop all further action like hot cakesFrom the Plain Language Commission:

I've called Sanderson Weatherhall (managment company for St James Retail park) and had to leave a message with the facilities manager. I have tried to call the company a number of times.
I have tried to call the facilities manager @ crown point shopping park but its a recorded message which is very hard to hear. It contained a website (what i think it said) www.uk.pc.appeals.co.uk but there is no such website. My speach to text could not get it either.
So I now have a email direct to the site facilities manager @ crouwn point shoppin g park and a contact me form for the managemet company for St James Retail Site.
What would my next corse of action be? Shall I send a SAR to DCB Legal.
Thank you all agin for your help.0 -
Yes send a SAR to the Parking Firm (not DCB).
Who is it - the parking firm's name please?
DO NOT be fobbed off by a managing agent telling you to appeal.
Do not say "oh alright." It is NOT alright! DO NOT ASK FOR THE PCN APPEALS WEBPAGE.
DO NOT BE FOBBED OFF WITH IT.
Say "no, there is no appeal worth trying, the parking industry is an unregulated farce; so I'm asking you to step in because this is disability discrimination and you are jointly liable for the actions of your agents."
Stay on the phone.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello 1505grandad,
Thank you for your response.
No, the claimant is UK Parking Control Limited, and the company that sent the letter to me is DCB Legal.
Regards,

ukpcappeals.co.uk works.
But you are not looking to appeal so forget that.
As an aside, it is really disappointing that UKPC cannot get their website to comply with the legislation.
The link from the mentioned webpage to their Privacy Policy does not work - 404.2 -

This keeps getting better!
The UK Parking Control Company - I am still trying to get through with a phone!
They do not make it easy! I assume that will email the SAR + blue badge to complaints@UKpc - I would really like to achieve something today!
Also, if it's ok I would like to use some of the data that you have written Coupon-mad in regards to disability discrimination. To be honest with you this whole process is not readable accessible. If I had not been receiving the email monthly about this website I would have had little chance of help.
So, I would like to thank each and every one of you for all the help you have offered.
