DCB Legal - Letter of Claim - Disabled Driver

Hello Forum people
I have recently received a letter of claim for two different tickets from to different places. 1. 2018 in St James Retail Park in Knaresborough and 2. Crown Point Shopping centre in Leeds in 2019. I have tried all day to find contact to the site managers/owners of both companies but I have come up with nothing.
First claim is for parked in a disabled person space displaying and expired disabled persons badge (I am disabled).
Second claim is vehicle owner/driver left site.
The letter is from dbc legal and is a letter of claim. Is my next step to fill in this form? https://legalbeagles.info/library/guides_and_letters/court/subject-access-request/
Could you please advice on what to do next? I would appreciate any help or guidance.
Thank you
Kitty.

Which parking firm?
You just email a SAR to the PPC, no forms are involved. See NEWBIES thread.
I would also just send a copy if your Blue Badge to DCBLegal and say both charges are disputed, and that you are seeking debt advice.
Finding the managing agents of retail parks is easy. Just Google the place and contact them! This is URGENT and will see the charges cancelled. Far more important than the SAR in fact.

Does the one Letter of Claim actually cover both separate parking events? Is the same parking firm involved (which one?). Can we see a redacted copy of that letter please? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Doesn't this sign at the entrance to St James Retail Park help?...
[click on the image. It's a link to GSV]
It tells us that Sanderson Weatherall manage the place.
I think there is a phone number and web address too but it's difficult to read on GSV. Perhaps you can visit the site to confirm the detail.
Similarly, this sign at Crown Point Shopping centre in Leeds tells us all that the managing agent is JLL -- that's Jones Lang LaSalle...

The JLL notice is that small sign at the bottom.
Again there is a web address and phone number on it.
Google both Sanderson Weatherall and JLL for contact details if you cannot get back to the signs to read the detail.5 -
Thank you for your quick reply!
The letter is from DCB Legal based in Cheshire and both tickets are on the letter of claim that they have sent.
I am unsure if they are from the same companies. The letter does not state that they are from differnt companies just the issue dates, locations and reasons.
I have tried googling (and still trying) to find No 1 online.I have even tried finding them on Companies House website. All I came up with is a the estate agent who sold the place! I'm on to finding No 2 at Leeds.
When I get the companies names shall I send them a copy of my parking badge too.
Thank you very much for your replies. I am very greatfull.0 -
With the disabled parking issue, have you told the parting company that an occupant of the vehicle had a protected characteristic (long term disability) as covered under the equality act and as such they must cease pursuing the parking charge?
If not then do so now, of they cancel the parking ticket as a result of that response then that's is, odds on they will not, and if they don't it will help taking things further and with obtaining a landowner complaintFrom the Plain Language Commission:

Oh my goodness! Thank you very much, Keith P.
I spent last night & this afternoon looking. I never thought of doing a picture search.
Thank you for the links. I shall do a letter.0 -
Thank you Half_way.
No I not remember having done that. Its so long ago. My carer at the time may have. I'll contact them (they no longer work from me)
Can I confirm that the parting company = the company who has issued the tickets.

Yes.
You need to complain mainly to the managing agents though and tell them you are disabled and how stressful this is. DO NOT talk about both tickets to the managing agents, don't even mention there are two being pursued. Beg them to step in.
Focus on each complaint separately and do it by phone this afternoon, why not? Cry down the phone if need be. They'll have cancelled it by tomorrow...at least one will, hopefully both.
TO BE CLEAR - I AM NOT TELLING YOU TO PHONE THE PARKING FIRM OR DEBT CRAWLER!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello Coupon-mad
Thank you for your advice. I shall call the Managing Companies separately, which Keith P helped me with.
I have found the management company for St James REtail park. I can call them.
I can't find a phone number on JLL, only a web form and a pop-up bot (I think) asking me 'how can I help" Which form would be better to post, the template "one size fits all' in the newbies post or the legal begals one? I will also add a statment which Half_way mentioned about my health status.
It might be worth mentioning that I have found a number for a site facilities manager at Crown point shopping Park.0 -
Is the claimant H X Car Park Management Ltd?3
