I had the same issue and think i found the fix on Chrome, under settings> Performance i have memory saver on, turned it off and I wasn't getting signed out anymore - that's literally the only thing I did so must be it.
I'm having problems too, more surprising the lady on the phone advised she's never heard of this issue before with a Samsung phone??? feel like pulling my cash and closing it all, so frustrating 😒
I should have complained earlier - they only gave me £30 compensation, compared to £75 earlier in this thread. Its nice but it doesn't fix anything.
To be clear: I can deposit from online banking, I can sometimes make withdrawals online, and other times I have to telephone to withdraw. It all works, but it's not smooth. Yes I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, and using a different device. The site randomly logs me out "because I used the back button".
They appear to be uninterested or incapable of actually fixing the problem, but pointed to the Financial Ombudsman... so there I am. Will update later.
