Anyone else having issues logging into NSandI?

I had the same issue and think i found the fix on Chrome, under settings> Performance i have memory saver on, turned it off and I wasn't getting signed out anymore - that's literally the only thing I did so must be it.

I'm having problems too, more surprising the lady on the phone advised she's never heard of this issue before with a Samsung phone??? feel like pulling my cash and closing it all, so frustrating 😒

I should have complained earlier - they only gave me £30 compensation, compared to £75 earlier in this thread. Its nice but it doesn't fix anything.

To be clear: I can deposit from online banking, I can sometimes make withdrawals online, and other times I have to telephone to withdraw. It all works, but it's not smooth. Yes I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, and using a different device. The site randomly logs me out "because I used the back button".

They appear to be uninterested or incapable of actually fixing the problem, but pointed to the Financial Ombudsman... so there I am. Will update later.

I’m convinced this is an overload / volume issue. I use it once a month and it is normally OK but try and do anything on 30th Julyor Jan and it is nearly impossible to use as I assume lots of people are taking money out at the same time  to pay the tax woman

Just logged in via app and website and both worked first time. Cant imagine its overload if you were logging in at 7am
