Anyone else having issues logging into NSandI?

The NS&I site won't work in private browsing mode and if you clear your cookies often. They have lmited the number of devices to 2 and the number of browsers to 4. Therefore once you have logged in 4 times, clearing cookies inbetween visits, it won't allow you in again. The work around is:1. Don't visit while your browser is in Private browsing mode2. Accept the cookies3. When you log in, go to your profile and delete the browsers from the top of the list (the bottom one is your browser that session). If you get a 3rd device you need to log in using one of the first 2 devices and delete the other, before you can use the 3rd device.4. When you log out re-enable Private Browsing and carry on clearing cookies, if that's your normal preference5. If you can't log in not using Private Browsing mode, it's because you already have 4 browsers in your list or are using a 3rd device. Your only option then is to phone them and ask them to delete your browsers and/or devices..

The number of devices (browsers) is I believe 15 plus 3 apps.
You can manage 'trusted devices' and delete those you don't want anymore1 -

Opened a fixed rate bond with £500, worked ok. So I added a debit card deposit of 99k. Rejected email next day. didn't explain why. Found it was the 25k limit on bank debit card. So pushed 3 x25k to NS&I from online bank account transaction went through but NS&I account not updated, then all payments rejected don't know why.again didn't say on email. Bank say they can do bacs transfer (when their system is up) Tried 3 times to get through on phone each time online for 40 min unsuccessfully.Website doesn't work on Firefox but fine on Microsoft Edge (with no mobile verification)Looking at other alternatives for six figure sum0

NS&I drive me nuts.
They boast that we can invest up to £1m into their fixed interest bonds. Imagine trying to do that in practice, or indeed transfer anything over the banks' daily internet transfer limit, as per comments above.
NS&I don't explain themselves at all, so we have to work it out for ourselves. If you are investing in a bond, and the amount you elect to invest is more than £25k, do they actually allow you to send the money in more than one step (e.g £25k on one day, and £25k the next) ? On Raisin it is pretty clear that you have plenty of time to send the money in chunks, I could see no such reassurance on the NS&I site.

It should not be that way though. NS&I seem to always be behind the curve on "digital" matters. They always seem antiquated and bureaucratic in a way familiar to anyone who tries to do anything digital in Germany!2 -
I've had repeated issues with the App (iOs) refusing to play ball. It works for a while, then I try to log in, it tells me "there is a problem" and that's that - only option is to delete the app and reinstall, then go through the routine of setting everything up again. It's a pain.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Can anyone offer any assurance that they've successfully and straightforwardly returned NS&I funds to their nominated bank account since NS&I's 2FA security upgrade to online software last summer?
My own transfers between various accounts and several top-ups have proceeded smoothly enough, but it's concerning that their software still seems incredibly unreliable and capricious to many users posting on TrustPilot - with NS&I showing no inclination to acknowledge or fix persistent glitches.
I've no immediate plans to cash in, but with so many users reporting obstacles to getting hold of their own money, I'm feeling nervous that should the need arise, I'll have a battle on my hands accessing my money in a timely fashion.
